Models for 2026
Eden Share offers different models for creating, maintaining, and sharing community garden spaces for nonprofit and human service organizations. We are dedicated to creating community engagement that promotes mental health and wellness though partnership with human service, health care, civic, and other community entities.
The Wellness Garden at the Family Partnership Center (FPC)
Eden Share provides weekly agricultural programming for fellow nonprofit and human service providers at the Wellness Garden space on the grounds of the Family Partnership Center.
The Fallkill Community Garden at the Family Partnership Center (FPC)
Eden Share is transforming the Fallkill Community Garden into a collaborative model to benefit more residents of Poughkeepsie. We hope to open this redesigned space to individuals and civic/community organizations for shared gardening by July 2026.
Consulting Services and Programs
Eden Share realizes that human service providers have different goals, and we provide weekly programming and contract services to organizations that best suits their specific needs.
Eden Share believes that gardening and education is for all, and we are pleased to provide open access to our adult curriculum and child curriculum.
